Cancellation fee
We expect auctions to be booked immediately a listing is secured. At that stage, we will give agencies
7 days to withdraw an auction
for any reason without incurring a cost.
This will cover the occasions that the vendor changes their minds after the first open or an acceptable price is negotiated in the first week.
However,
after that time and within 21 days of the auction date
, should a property be withdrawn or sold prior, our
full fee
will be due and payable.
Our fees are payable within 14 days of the auction date.
