His success was immediate enabling him to win the City/North division and reach the State Final of the REINSW Novice Auctioneering Championships. Sam has continued to apply this work ethic and dedication to all his auctions, with excellent results and feedback. Coming from a corporate career in recruitment working with all types of people, Sam enjoys working with vendors and agents alike to create an open, professional and dynamic auction event. These key communication skills developed throughout his incredibly successful career enable him to read a crowd perfectly. Sam knows when and how to apply pressure whilst keeping relaxed and being empathetic to the needs of the buying public. For these reasons you constantly feel like he is in control. Sam has a friendly relaxed style which accompanies the changing buyer demographic in Sydney. He asserts wonderful timing, an unrivalled knowledge of the product being offered and current market conditions, but above all else has the hunger to extract the final dollar from the buying public. Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Bond University. This experience in the money markets kindled his passion for investment and assisted his transition into real estate. He is an active auction volunteer for numerous charity events across the Sydney Metropolitan area. Sam was also educated on the North Shore and boasts an intimate knowledge of the Upper and Lower North Shore property markets. Approachable and articulate, Sam continues to enjoy the learning and development auctionWORKS provides its auctioneers as well as the experience gained from calling big auction days.
